I’m twenty-four years old, born and raised in Singapore for most of my life until I went to the states to pursue further education. I spent three years at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor where American football was and still is the pulse of the small college town. I then spent an additional year at Columbia University in New York, where my passion for food really began to blossom, thanks to the mind-boggling dining options from Michelin-starred fine dining establishments to popular burger joints to a tiny ice cream parlour right beside the Brooklyn Bridge.
This blog was started in order for me to express my love for food, and also as a reason to shoot and share more pictures. Through this medium I hope to capture the many wonderful dining experiences that I have had and will have in time to come. Once in a while, I may also post articles that have absolutely no relation to food; these posts will reflect what I feel is significant enough to voice out publicly. I may not be the most regular blogger, and will only post if time and material permits.
Travelling, going to the movies and amateur photography are my other hobbies. I am currently based in Singapore.

Dear Edwin,
Thank you for your strong support on your blog.
World Vision Singapore would like to invite you to join us for the 30 HOUR FAMINE Camp 2010 on June 4 and 5 as either a participant or spectator (join us for the street dance, flash mobs, record-breaking & concert!), and perhaps share your experience on your blog to make a difference too.
For the first time, World Vision Singapore’s annual global flagship event, the 30 HOUR FAMINE Camp, will hit the streets, as the official adopted charity of the Singapore Street Festival.
If you’re interested, please let us share more with you through your email. How may I contact you?
Warmest regards,
Crystal
